Take advantage of the mental health resources available to you

You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone—help is available, often at no cost to you.

If you’re employed, you may have access to a free and confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP). EAPs provide short-term counseling, referrals and resources for challenges like stress, anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship struggles and grief. Many also offer financial or legal consultations, work-life services and wellbeing tools.

If you're a student, many colleges and universities offer free or low-cost mental health services, including counseling, crisis support and peer groups. These programs also provide valuable resources to raise awareness and break the stigma around seeking help.
